Yarn conditioning system in textile spinning:

Description of manual conditioning method:

This method is used between the ring-spinning section and the winding section. The ring bobbin is usually conditioned by applying heat through steam. First water is used in a large container. Due to the presence of dirt and dust in the ring bobbin, soap foam is created by using a small amount of soft soap in the water.

The ring is brought from the frame to the container via a bobbin Trolley and dipped into the foam. In this condition, the ring bobbin is kept for 1.5 hours to 2 hours. The bobbins are then washed and collected in cold water. Soaking in soapy water removes slight ink stains, dirt, and dust from the ring bobbin. Without it, the ring yarn absorbs the required amount of moisture. Winding the yarn in wet conditions increases the strength of the yarns by 20% and reduces the rate of loosening of the yarn.

Description of mechanical yarn conditioning system and headset method:

A spinning mill ring bobbin or any machine used for conditioning and setting heat is called a yarn conditioner and heat setter. In this method, the yarn twist is set by providing heat with the help of steam. As a result of steaming, the yarn gets wet, that is, the yarn is conditioned.

The machine is a special chamber for steam to flow. The ring bobbins are brought from the spinning frame to the trolley and pushed into the chamber and the lid of the chamber is closed. In this case, the ring bobbins are kept in the chamber for 30 to 60 minutes. Later the ring bobbins are taken out along with the trolley and sent to the winding process.

In addition to the above methods, pots are used for conditioning ring bobbins and cones. The wheels are arranged in layers or on a bobbin. The vessel is then poured and inserted into the chamber. The bobbins are kept at steam for 30 to 60 minutes, that is, below 100 ° C. The last time the wheel is fitted, the container is taken out and sent for further processing.

Generally, 6 trolleys are used and each trolley has 96 cones. However, in the case of ring bobbins, trolleys are used in the form of pots. When the ring bobbin is wet, the strength increases by 15% to 20%, resulting in a lower rate of yarn release in subsequent processes i.e. winding. The yarn absorbs the required amount of moisture and the twist is set so that the twist does not want to come off the yarn. Separate boilers are sometimes used for steam or steam flow is arranged with the help of mini boilers.

Yarn conditioning system in textile spinning-The effects of the conditioning yarn:

The effects of the conditioning yarn are as follows

1. Unwanted dirt, dust, or slight ink stains on the yarn, i.e. the ring bobbin, are removed and the yarn becomes white.

2. Adjust the actual twist on the ring frame that wants to open up when winding.

3. Cellulose fibers increase strength when wet. Therefore, cotton yarn winding in wet conditions reduces excess energy release rate.

4. The yarn retains the required amount of moisture, which facilitates subsequent processing.

In addition to the above methods, ultraviolet light is used to detect color in the yarn finishing section. Bring a yarn package to a room with ultraviolet light when color mixing it is easily caught.
