This spinning system is called friction spinning as the yarn is made with a twist by creating friction with two drums. In this method, the drawn sliver is first opened with the help of the opening roller and thrown between the two perforated drums. The fibers are collected and stored on the frictional surface of the two drums by arranging them in the same straight line by airflow. As a result of friction between the two perforated drums, the ash is twisted into yarn and then deposited through the delivery roller.
4. Air jet spinning
This spinning method is called air-jet spinning as the yarn is made by twisting the fibers by compressed airflow. The sliders in the drafting zone are drafted and compressed air flows through the air jet nozzle into a cylindrical chamber, causing the fibers to twist forward due to the flow of air. False twists come out of the nozzle by giving a reverse twist while passing the fibers through the next chamber again. Due to the false twist, the twist wants to open and the hairy and projecting fibers get entangled on the surface of the core. Such yarn is wrapped in a yarn package through a takeup roller.
5. Long-staple spinning
Long-staple fibers are generally called long-staple fibers. However, the long fiber is 100 mm. Is longer than this. Long-staple spinning is the process by which yarn is made by spinning with long fibers. Therefore, the yarn method is made by spinning with the fibers of the above length is called the long-staple spinning method. For example, wool, jute, silk, acrylic spinning, and linen, flux spinning methods are called long-staple spinning.
