I want to share with you The need to bedding clothes before cutting in the textile industry
The need to bedding clothes before cutting. In the garment industry, fabrics are usually spun once for multiple garments. Fabric bedding is the process of arranging fabrics in layers of length and width determined according to the production plan and the length and width of the marker. The shape of the layer of fabric after the bed is called the fabric layer. The fabric layer will have 2 to 100 ply fabrics. Clothes can be kept by hand, but also with the help of machines.
Layers are basically made for two purposes,
1. To save clothes
2. To save time while cutting clothes
Since there are hundreds of ply spreads, the table on which the fabric is made needs to be very strong and the surface of the table needs to be very smooth, especially if the spreading machine is used again on the spreading table.
High-quality spreading table tops are perforated, allowing air to flow from the inside out, which helps to remove the fabric layer or part of it from the top of the spreading table. There may also be an air ventilation system, which can compress the fabric with the help of air pressure and reduce its height, making the fabric much easier to cut.
If there are any defects in the clothes during bedtime, they should be identified and necessary steps should be taken to correct the defects. The person in charge of the bed should be responsible for identifying the defects and correcting the defects. If any defects are found in the bedding, various measures can be taken to correct them.
For example, by removing the defective spot, the fabric can be re-laid through the splice. If the marker already has a splice mark, it must be followed or adequate overlapping must be provided so that all patterns in that area are found in full size. In the case of making comparatively less expensive garments, the garments are sometimes left at bedtime and the defective garment is removed at the end of the garment inspection.
Sometimes, if the fabric defects spread all over the place, the metal tape is applied to those places. Then after cutting the fabric, the bundle of fabric patterns is sent through the metal detector machine. The bundle that contains the metal tape is marked by the machine. The defective pattern is separated from the marked bundle and another such pattern is cut and replaced in that bundle.
Nowadays, with the help of a computer, if there is any defect in the cloth while lying in bed, it can be identified and how much splicing is needed for that defective place can be determined very quickly.
Conditions for making the right layer of fabric (Basic Conditions-1, 2,3)
1. Ply alignment of fabric
3. Each ply should be flat
4. Fabric defects
5. Determine the correct direction of the fabric ply
6. Remove static electricity
7. Easily separate fabric layers or bundles
8. To control the melting of the cloth while cutting the cloth
9. Do not distort the fabric
10. Fabric check and stripe matching
