Sampling is an important process in the garment industry that plays an essential role in attracting buyers to the product. The importance of sampling in the garment industry is immense as buyers usually order the product after being impressed by the quality of the sample product.

No product is produced in the industry except samples. That is, when a product is produced, it follows a pattern. Even in the garment industry, when garments are produced, it follows a pattern of garments, and attempts are made to make them the same, although in the garment industry it is not possible to make garments like one hundred percent samples. Because most of the work here has to be done by hand. If one thing can be followed by another the same thing, then it is called Sample.
Sample garments:
In the garment industry, garments of any design are produced on a commercial basis. As a result, thousands of garments are made for each style at once. Before the production of each style, a sample of that style is made, which is called Sample garments. To safeguard the terms and interests of both the parties the producer and the buyer, the sample garment is approved by the buyer before production at a maximum rate.

The following is a description of the sample:
1. Approval sample:
The sample that a buyer asks the manufacturer to prepare in the initial stage before purchasing any goods is called an Approval sample. In the case of an Approval sample in the garment industry, the buyer just wants to know or understand whether the manufacturer can make the thing properly or not. So in this case the sample is not the right material to make, but the sample of the garment has to be made neatly keeping its exact size and quality of sewing so that the buyer likes to look and is interested to buy.
2. Counter sample:
In this case, the manufacturer must make the garment using the right fabric and accessories as per the instructions of the buyer. In this way, the buyer can see and understand whether the thing he wanted to create has been done correctly. Here the buyer makes sure that everything from the clothes to the accessories is in good condition. If the buyer thinks that he will get what he wants, then he has been permitted to produce to sell in the market.
3. Salesman sample:
These samples are made like counter samples. In the shops or stores where the buyer sells the goods, one or two pieces are given as samples. This allows the shop owners to understand what kind of goods are coming for sale in their store.
4. Fashion show sample:
These samples are also made like counter samples. Buyers are likely to call everyone to a fashion show who looks appropriate. As a result, if the general buyer likes to see the fashion show, they go to the store to buy the clothes.
5. Production sample:
During production, the buyer collects some of the goods (clothes) from which he tries to understand the quality of the goods ordered or not.
6. Shipment sample:
After the production is over, the product is packed and shipped. At the time of shipment, two or three garments are sent to the buyer as a sample so that the buyer understands what kind of goods are coming to the ship for him. Such samples are called shipment samples.
