Principle of ring spinning frame:

In the ring-spinning frame, the spindles are placed on both sides of the frame. Ring spinning frames of 400 to 1000 spindles with an equal number of spindles on each side are available. In the ring-spinning frame, the spindles in the conventional ring-spinning frame are fastened through ribbons through a long drum in the middle of the frame. The drum is rotated by the meter through the belt attachment. The railing bobbin hangs on the creel above the machine. The process of settling in a roving bobbin creel is called creeling.

Roving is carried from the bobbin to the rear roller through the trumpet. Provides pair roller drafting in two zones. Less draft is given in the back zone. In this zone, only the roving twist is removed and the fibers are given parallel to the front zone. The original draft is given in the front zone. Fibers from the front zone are delivered from the nip of the front pair roller to reduce the weight of the unit length.

The fibers delivered from the gripping of the front pair of rollers are wrapped around the spindle through the traveler of the ring through the lappet guide and twisted into a bobbin thread. As the traveler rotates on the round surface of the ring, a slow twist is formed on the yarn. The yarn produced is tweaked from the gripping of the front pair of rollers to the ring.

As a result, the yarn absorbs some energy and reduces the rate at which the yarn is thrown. The spindle of the ring frame rotates with the bobbin at a certain speed, so that the yarn is slowly entangled in the bobbin. Again, the front pair holds one end of the rail yarn and the other end is twisted by the traveler. In this way, the yarn gets twisted and gets entangled in the bobbin. After the bobbin is full, the machine is turned off and the full bobbins are lifted and the machine is started by putting the empty bobbin back on the spindle. Thus reproduction continues.
