Dyeing Process for wool fabric:
How do you dye wool and silk by direct dye? First, in Dye bath, you have to make Dye solution with the weight of the wool fabric, 2% of its weight with Dyestuff, and 30 times with water. Then 10-20% Common Salt (NaCl) and 1-2% Acetic acid are added to the Dye bath. The temperature of the Dye bath is raised to 90-100°C and treated for 45 min – 1 hour. Finally, the dyed material (wool) is first washed with hot water and then with cold water. https://bdfabric.com/cotton-fabric-dyeing-by-direct-dye/

# To get bright/heavy shade, Dye solution should be reduced from 2% to 1.5%.
Recipe for silk fabric (Fade shade):
With boiled liquor:
Dye → 3%
Acetic acid →4%
Water → 30 times
Temperature → 60 – 800C
Without boiled liquor add salt 10%
Recipe for silk fabric:
Dye → 3%
Acetic acid → 4%
Common salt→ 10%
Water → 30 times
Temperature → 60 – 80°C
Time →30-45 min
Dyeing Process with boiled liquor:
Here in Dye bath, you have to make a dye solution with silk fabric with 3% Dyestuff of its weight, Acetic acid 4%, and 30 times water. Then in the dye bath, boil the dye solution at a temperature of 60 – 80°C for 30-45 minutes and wash it with cold water.
Dyeing Process without boiled liquor:
Similar to this process with boiled liquor, only Common Salt (NaCl) 10% should be added here and the dye solution cannot be boiled.
