In agriculture, landlessness, unemployment, etc., farmers have to leave the agricultural profession and go to the city in search of jobs. As a result of changing jobs, the workers face unusual situations. As a result, they failed to express solidarity with the labor movement.
5. Lack of unity among the workers in the trade union:
